A cozy escape with minor hiccups
The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk to all the best sights. Our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The front desk staff seemed a bit rushed during check-in, and they missed some details were good. The air conditioning was quite noisy at night.

The price was very affordable with 80 euro's a night per room and that for a 4 star hotel on a great location. With arrival they told us we got a free bottle of wine on their room terrace and when we left we got a Spanish fan, laying on our bed. The hotel is new so everything looks very luxurious, designual and new! The rooms make you feel like a vip and the shower (when figured out) is great! we definitely recommend it and make sure you also visit the metrol parasol that is on the square of the hotel, you can go up and down and get a virtual tour!

Good location .Great design.Friendly staff.
There is no normal double bed for couples in this hotel!there are only 2 separated beds which stay together (with separated bed sheets) . We were in shock, because when we booked this hotel we wrote in preferences and even in the comments that we would like to have 1 big bed...Nothing...At the reception girls very kindly explained us that kind of bed doesn't exist in this hotel... So,if you are in relationship it's not for you...

The whole place is just glitz. Gold and silver, completely OTT. Don't take the breakfast option. This is served across the road at a coffee type shop. had the worst bacon and eggs ever. The bacon was hardly cooked and the eggs, swimming in oil. I assume it once overlooked a square, which has now some enormous modern pavilion. We arrived early evening, to find a live band blaring out music. The underground car par is on a pedestrian walkway and you would struggle to access it in a vehicle larger than a small car.

Beautiful four stars hotel with a perfect location in the center of seville. It takes just 5 minutes to go to the Cathedral. The breakfast was delicious with a huge range of food(eggs, fresh fruits, toast, coffee...). Staff is friendly and the rooms are really confortable. Very recomendable hotel to everyone you want to enjoy of Seville.

The location was perfect! in the centre, just a few minutes from the shopping and bars streets.
THE NOISE!!!!!! behind the hotel was a gym or something similar and in the evenings you could hear the music... and at night you could hear the air conditioner machines!!! The windows were really cheap and did not block the noise. The water system was not working properly and the supplies of shampoo... was pretty poor.

Central heating, a safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room and the GREAT bed. Great view of inner courtyard. Magnificent and incredible location surprisingly close to the cathedral area, and 10 minute walk from Metropol Parasol.

Comfortable and ideal setting in the old historical area, so close to the Seville and all the tourist attractions are, still, far enough to be quiet. Plus, walking distance to Plaza de la Encarnacion. Comfortable bathroom, decent size, brand-new room.
